  • Expand our effective striking foundation to consistently land clean, effective strikes.

  • Enhance our functional strength and stamina to outlast an opponent.

  • Continue developing strategies to overcome a larger, stronger opponent.

  • Learn to defend the Takedown.

  • Learn to affect the Takedown.

  • Control the Ground & Pound.

  • Learn to Escape Danger!

5:15-5:20  STRIKING Review

1 - 6 Combos

  • 1s & 2s are straight punches to strike down the middle.

  • 3s & 4s are hooking punches to strike around the outside.

  • 5s & 6s are sweeping punches to strike from below.
